“When patterns are broken, new worlds emerge.”
–Tuli Kupferberg
Are you tired of those critical voices inside your head?
During hypnosis critical voices are put on hold. Some clients experience a trance state as a creative passage. Released from the confines of everyday patterns, a sense of potential, enthusiasm and well being often emerges. Feelings of empowerment can give rise to increased confidence as the kaleidoscopic lens of our lives gently shifts. You may even feel a sense of buoyancy, seeing possibilities you could not even imagine before.
Though you may not be consciously aware of it, you have an amazing ability to easily enter deeply relaxed states of mind called trance. You have probably done this unconsciously and called it daydreaming. You may have even experienced a trance while driving from one place to another, suddenly realizing that you have arrived at your destination! During the drive, you were in a mild trance or Alpha State. Your unconscious was doing the driving.
What Is Happening During Hypnosis?
You are not asleep. Your conscious mind is awake, but it is relaxed so that it will more easily welcome new ideas. No one will do anything in hypnosis that they would not do in a natural state. You will not permit your moral principles to be overcome during hypnosis. Your conscious mind is never completely out of the picture and will not leave you unprotected.
Self Hypnosis, Hypnosis and Meditation all work in similar ways by setting your conscious, more analytical mind aside to allow for better communication with your unconscious mind. New ideas can enter and germinate. I can teach you how to nourish these seeds and this powers up change!
Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.
