Great post however I was wondering if you could write a litte more on this topic? I’d be very grateful if you could elaborate a little bit further. Cheers!

Thank you for your question.
Taking wisdom from traditional Haiku, in using Haiku as a form of Meditation, I have taken this to include emotion in addition to sensory grounded experience and seasons. I call this Haiku for Emotional Resource. Sticking to the three lines and the form of seventeen syllables can create a container for expressing feelings very simply, allowing them to surface more naturally. My reason for taking Haiku in this direction is to provide a means for people to experience and express thoughts and feelings without judgment. This can create a doorway to greater awareness. We are part of the natural world. We are organic. We have all kinds of feelings even those we don’t like. Let’s make room for our feelings. Locking them away causes more difficulty.
We will also be covering traditional Haiku using season references and cutting techniques.
Happen to be trying to find this and learned much more than anticipated in this article. Thanks.
